Billing, credits, and workspace questions.
What are credits?
Credits are how DearClaw meters your usage: AI models, tools, file handling, and active cloud runtime all draw from them.
Do the AI teammates run my business on their own?
DearClaw is available whenever you need it, and you stay in control of what each Claw does. It works on what you assign, nothing more.
What does “up to $X API token usage” mean?
It shows the service-usage value of a plan's monthly credits: 5,000 credits cover up to $1 of API token usage. It is a usage label, not a cash balance or wallet.
What happens after the free trial?
The free trial runs for 7 days. Your workspace is kept for 30 days from trial start, so you can upgrade and continue from where you left off.
What is a Claw?
A Claw is an AI teammate with its own cloud computer and workspace. It keeps your files, conversation, context, progress, and finished results together.
Does deleting a Claw cancel my subscription?
No. Deleting a Claw tears down that Claw's runtime, but your subscription and monthly charge continue until you cancel the plan in Settings.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades start a new billing cycle right away with the new plan's full credits. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Manage your plan from Settings through Stripe Customer Portal.
Why is there a crossed-out price?
The crossed-out price is the regular monthly price. The launch price is what you pay now.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
No. Paid plan credits reset each billing period, and unused credits do not roll over.
Can teams contact DearClaw for a shared plan?
Yes. Teams that need shared use, custom billing, or help choosing the right plan can contact DearClaw and we will route you to the right setup.
