DearClaw helps you turn goals, files, conversations, and use cases into focused AI workspaces. To provide that service, we process the information you choose to give us, including account details, messages, uploaded files, workspace context, tool activity, and generated outputs.
Your private workspace content is not sold. We do not use your private conversations, files, or Claw outputs to train DearClaw-owned models unless you explicitly opt in. AI model and infrastructure providers process requests under their own terms and data policies.
Information we collect
We collect account information, billing status, workspace content, uploaded files, conversations, Claw configuration, use case settings, generated outputs, device information, diagnostic logs, and support communications.
How we use information
We use information to operate DearClaw, run Claws and use cases, preserve workspace context, process billing and credits, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, communicate product updates, and comply with legal obligations.
AI model providers and workspace context
When you ask DearClaw to run a Claw, analyze a file, continue a conversation, or generate an output, DearClaw may send the necessary prompts, file excerpts, workspace context, tool results, and instructions to AI model or infrastructure providers. We aim to send only the information needed for the requested feature.
Files, Claws, use cases, and outputs
You own the content you upload, submit, or generate. DearClaw processes files, conversations, Claws, use cases, and outputs to provide the service. Public DearStore submissions or shared use cases may be visible, listed, installed, or reused according to the applicable settings and terms.
Automations and external tools
Automations may connect third-party services, browse web pages, call APIs, send or receive communications, or interact with files and tools. When enabled, DearClaw processes the data needed to complete the requested action, and external services may handle data under their own policies.
Billing data
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. DearClaw uses Stripe to manage checkout, invoices, plan changes, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers on DearClaw servers.
Cookies and analytics
DearClaw may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand public page visits, measure product usage, and improve the product. The Cookie notice stores your acknowledgement in your browser so it does not keep appearing after you dismiss it.
Storage, security, and your rights
Workspace content is retained while your account, workspace, plan, or trial remains active, and may be retained for a limited period after cancellation or deletion for recovery, security, dispute, billing, or legal reasons. You can contact us to request help with account access, correction, export, deletion, or other privacy questions where applicable.
Free trials currently run for 7 days, and trial workspaces are saved for 30 days from trial start so you can upgrade and continue from where you left off.
Before publishing
Content shared publicly, submitted to DearStore, or distributed through a use case may be viewed or reused by others. Review files, prompts, outputs, workspace names, screenshots, and metadata before publishing.
