Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DearClaw, including the public site, the workspace, Claws, use cases, DearStore, and related features. By creating an account or using DearClaw, you agree to these terms. If you are using DearClaw on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use DearClaw. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Using DearClaw
DearClaw helps you turn goals, files, conversations, and use cases into focused AI workspaces. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use DearClaw for your own legitimate purposes. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.
Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload, submit, or generate, including files, conversations, Claw configuration, use cases, and outputs. You grant DearClaw the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content so we can operate the service and provide the features you request. We do not sell your private workspace content, and we do not use your private conversations, files, or Claw outputs to train DearClaw-owned models unless you explicitly opt in.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse DearClaw. That includes not using it to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, interfere with or overload the service, scrape or resell it without permission, evade usage limits, or generate content that is abusive, deceptive, or harmful. We may set reasonable technical and usage limits to keep DearClaw reliable for everyone.
AI outputs
DearClaw uses AI models to produce responses, summaries, code, and other outputs. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose, and similar prompts may produce different results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, and DearClaw is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
AI model providers and third-party services
To run a Claw, analyze a file, continue a conversation, or generate an output, DearClaw may send the necessary prompts, file excerpts, workspace context, tool results, and instructions to AI model or infrastructure providers. Automations may also connect third-party services or tools. These providers and services process data under their own terms and policies, and your use of them through DearClaw is also subject to those terms.
DearStore submissions and sharing
Content you publish, submit to DearStore, or distribute through a use case may be viewed, listed, installed, or reused by others according to the applicable settings and terms. You are responsible for having the rights to share what you publish. Review files, prompts, outputs, workspace names, screenshots, and metadata before making anything public.
Plans, billing, and credits
DearClaw offers free and paid plans, and usage may consume credits. Paid subscriptions, trials, renewals, refunds, and related details are described in the Billing Terms, which form part of this agreement.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep DearClaw available and dependable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, update or discontinue features, or impose limits, and we may do so without prior notice when necessary to protect the service or comply with the law.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using DearClaw at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk or possible legal exposure, or if we are required to do so. After termination, workspace content may be retained for a limited period for recovery, security, dispute, billing, or legal reasons, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
DearClaw is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DearClaw and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as DearClaw evolves. When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use of DearClaw after an update means you accept the revised terms.
